Terms of Service

Updated 27 September 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.

You must be 13 or older to make an account or play. The games are offered as they are. They can be unavailable, and a score is saved only when the server can grade or replay the run.

Fair play

Do not attack the service or other people. There is no public messaging between players. Leaderboards can show a display name and a score.

Privacy

The privacy page explains what the site stores. The optional notes about the experience are not required. You can skip them and still play. Creating an account means you want us to store that account so the game can keep your name and scores.
